Rodney W. Norris, MHS. Is President/CEO of Positive Pathways Inc. He has worked in the DDA field for over twenty five years and has a wide range of experience assisting individuals with intellectual impairment. He is committed to creating and implementing systems that support and encourage people to thrive in their community.
